Our Mission

Pioneer Sourcing is the American sourcing division for the Laobing factory in Wenzhou, China. Founded in 2012, it strives to provide solutions for every step of a shoe's journey, whether that be world-class design, flexible development, thorough quality inspection, unbeatable pricing, purchase order financing, or timely product delivery. We seek to establish long-term relationships with our customers, helping them keep their cost, quality, and deliveries consistent so they can grow their business and leave product to us.

How We Stand Out The Value Pioneer Brings to its Customers Our goal is to provide you with reliable and transparent service so you can focus on other things. We prefer to establish long-term relationships with our customers, taking the guesswork out of manufacturing to make it as predictable and consistent as the seasons ... or Monday Night Football.
